Are your tags environmentally friendly?

Yes. As far as it is possible to go. Our tags are aluminium so will not rust and the drive behind our tags is to reduce the amount of waste entering the oceans. If you do the maths, when we last dived in Phuket, Thailand we did 3 dives a day from a boat of 30 people. Every day 5 boats went out. Every tank had a piece of gaffa tape or masking tape on it about 200mm long. Thats 0.2m x 3 x 30 x 5 = 90m, yep, NINETY METRES of tape in the ocean EVERY DAY. If only half the tapes came off thats still pretty damn awful !

What is your delivery time?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 9-11 days from order, however, custom orders may take a little longer.

Can I make a bulk orders?

Yes. Bulk orders for dive schools and dive clubs are a speciality of ours for Nitrox, Air ID tags and kit ID. Bulk orders for any of our tags are no problem. Simply email us with your requirements and we will provide you with a competative quote.

Can I make a custom order for a design you don’t list?

Yes. We can custom design tags for you. Please email us with your requirements and we will get back to you ASAP.

Do you supply a fixing to attach to my equipment?

All our tags are supplied with a key ring and the Tank tags are supplied with an additional elastic bungee to secure to the top of the valve.

What are your ID tags made of?

Our tags are made of high quality aluminium and are engraved not stamped. The military style tank tags are supplied with a rubberised surround to protect the tag and your equipment from scratching. Rubberised protectors are available for all tags as an additional option.

Can you supply Military style dog tags in different sizes?

Yes. The military style dog tags are available in 38mm and 50mm lengths. As standard we use 50mm in order to ensure you have room to write the necessary details on where required.

Can you supply round tags in different sizes?

Yes. Round tags are available in diameters 19mm, 25mm 28mm 35mm and 50mm. if you require a different size from the options on the site please ask. Be aware though, there are some limitations on the text that can be engraved depending on size of the tag. Email us your requirements and we will get back to you ASAP with your options.

What do I do if I have a problem with my order or my delivery?

Sometimes the unforseen happens. We are only human (except for the robot that does the engraving !) if you have any problems with your order or delivery just drop us an email or a chat and we’ll get back to you as soon as we are back from diving…

Where are you based?

We are based in the UK and all our tags are engraved and dispatched from within the UK by Royal Mail.

Will you send tags overseas?

Yes. Our Royal Mail postage is within the UK only, inc NI. If you wish to order overseas we would be delighted to assist, please email us for a competative quote.

Do you offer discount for multiple orders?

Yes. Whether you want multiple tags for yourself, for you and your dive buddies or as a school or club email us with your requirements and we will provide you with a quote to suit.

What is your refund policy?

Tags are made to order. Please ensure you check the details you require as we will engrave exactly what you tell us. If there is any problem with your order please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve any issues with you.

Can I have a logo on my tag?

Yes. Club and School logos can be added to tags, style and space permitting. The logo needs to be formatted in the correct manner for engraving, please contact us to discuss your needs and we will endeavour to help.

Can I combine postage?

Yes. We charge postage for 1st Class Recorded Delivery to ensure our product reaches you safely and quickly. We can combine up to 10 tags in one envelope to make postage as efficient as possible.
